About Us - Top The Schaefers and Collins Pumpkin Farm would like to invite you to our 10th year of activities at the pumpkin patch.  All schools, churches, daycares, company outings, cub / girl / boy scouts, and all families are welcome.  We will open September 2008.  Please watch our website for upcoming activities on Saturdays (i.e. Razorback weekend with greased pig chases, horseshoe tournaments, live bands, and lots more fun activities. Drive out to the country and enjoy a hayride out to the pumpkin patch and your very own special pumpkin from the vine and watch along the way for special Halloween scenes. Prices - Top The cost is $4.00 per child which includes: A hayride to the pumpkin patch where they can pick their own pumpkin.  They can visit our barn yard where they can see all our farm animals.  They can find their way thru hay tunnels, bounce in sack races.  There are round bales  of hay to jump on.  Swings ,slides, a extra large sandbox, teeter totters, and lot of other activities.  There are plenty of props and settings for pictures, so don't forget your cameras. All adults are free on the hayride with the group.  We have pumpkins that you can pick from the vine or we have pre-picked pumpkins.  We also have ornamental gourds of all shapes, sizes, and colors.  We have Indian corn, corn stalks, straw bales, scarecrows, mums, and carving kits.  Additional offerings are available in our country store with lots of candy and other decorations. Cozy's concession stand has lots to offer at the pumpkin patch.  Goodies like home-made jumbo corn dogs, hot dogs, BBQ, sandwiches, nachos, funnel cakes, soft drinks, fresh squeezed lemonade, and shaved ice.   Special prices are offered  for groups of 10 or more on icee's.  If your school wants to eat lunch you will have a choice of a hot dog or jumbo corn dog or nacho's with a drink for just $3.00.  We will need to have at least a 3 day advanced notice. Road Ends (Continue) Approx. .6 Miles you will PASS Rocky Gap on Right (Continue) Approx. 2.1 Miles you will Go down a Sharp lil' hill and the Road becomes Chip n' Seal Approx. 2.8 Miles you will arrive at Schaefers Corn Maze.   Alternate Method from Conway From Dave Ward heading towards the New Wal-Mart Take a left on on McNutt Rd.
